Job Description

Certified Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

Your expertise in medication administration, adherence to personalized care plans, and collaborative spirit will contribute to exceptional outcomes for each resident. If you are passionate about enriching the lives of seniors with personalized, hands-on care, we want to hear from you.

2pm - 10pm Shift

PRN - All Shifts

Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents' care plans.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents' health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs.
  • Emotional Support: Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
  • Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech Certification.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
  • Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
  • Consistent professional and positive demeanor.
