Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Arrow Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established manufacturing company in Chino. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage medium to large customer accounts.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails.
• Assist customers with order tracking, product availability, and order status.
• Communicate with customers regarding garage doors, commercial doors, parts, and related products.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants and internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Process warranty claims and follow through to resolution.
• Notify customers of backorders, inventory availability, and credit issues.
• Monitor daily LTL and UPS shipments.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, scrap processing, and loss prevention as needed.
• Provide product and technical support to dealers and customers.
• Support architects and other departments when required.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Stable work history is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Experience with order entry and account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel .
• Basic math skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn company products and processes.
