What You'll Do: - Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipment coordination, and handling returns and RMAs.
- Maintain accurate records in the Data Works system to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and elevate the customer experience.
- Support both domestic and international clients, adapting to diverse customer needs.
- Take on additional responsibilities and participate in special projects as required to support team success.

Qualifications & Skills Needed: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong typing skills with at least 45 WPM and excellent accuracy.
- Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, delivering outstanding service even in challenging situations.
Training Schedule: - Week 1: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Weeks 2-3: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Week 4: Transition to your assigned schedule.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
