HVAC Specialist / Building Engineer (Commercial – Non-Union)
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist / Building Engineer to join the operations team at a premier Class A commercial office property. This is a non-union position offering the opportunity to work with sophisticated building systems in a professional environment.
This role is primarily focused on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems , while also supporting general building operations as needed.
