Supporting the design and development of a large-scale learning ecosystem, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will create engaging eLearning experiences by applying adult learning principles and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency across 1,200+ learning modules. Key responsibilities Partner with instructors and stakeholders to define learning outcomes and instructional strategies for course development Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality eLearning content that meets design standards and learning objectives Maintain and enhance existing courses by incorporating user experience improvements and responding to content challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, or Education with a focus on Adult Learning 5 years of experience in learning and development course design Proficiency with eLearning course-building tools, such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with learning experience design (LXD) and UX principles Familiarity with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards and experience with VPAT documentation
