The successful candidate will get hands‑on marketing experience and serve as a researcher, coordinator and marketing campaign assistant, contributing to the success of The Lab’s marketing efforts. Job Duties Research potential clients Support sales and marketing executives with administrative duties Maintain prospect profiles and lead lists in The Lab’s marketing database Keep a weekly inventory of all products used Assist with creation and execution of email and hardcopy marketing campaigns Provide upkeep of marketing spreadsheets to help track department performance Submit recap reports of marketing efforts Offer creative insight to campaigns and demonstrate an eagerness to learn Complete other administrative duties, special projects as assigned Candidate Requirements Must be a student currently enrolled in a college or university Must maintain a consistent schedule in office (20 hours per week; not a remote position) Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written) skills Resourceful, able to improvise, solve problems Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Business, Marketing or Advertising majors preferred Prior experience in an office environment is a plus Experience with Salesforce database a plus Compensation Competitive hourly rates Experience in marketing operations, consulting industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
